At Printies, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to enjoy your customized products, and we’re here to assist you in case of any issues. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please let us know within 30 days after receiving the item. For packages lost in transit, please submit your claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims that result from an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

Returning Products

For returns due to misprinted/damaged/defective items, please submit a problem report. Our return address is set by default to our facility. Upon receiving a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If you use a different return address, you’ll be responsible for any returned shipments.

Address Issues

If the provided address is insufficient and the shipment is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address with us.

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require you to cover the cost of reshipment to you or your customer.

Registered Accounts

If you haven’t registered an account on our website or added a billing method, orders returned due to incorrect shipping information won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost.

Returned by Customer

Except for customers in Brazil, we do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion. If you accept returns, you’ll need to place a new order for the replacement product.

EU Consumers

EU consumers please note that we may refuse returns for personalized goods or sealed items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons. According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Manufacturing Errors

If there’s a manufacturing error or a damaged product, contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a free replacement or refund. Please provide clear photos showing the issue.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

At Printies, we want to provide our customers with the best possible value for their purchases. Therefore, we have a policy regarding the refund of items that are on sale:

  • Regular-Priced Items: If you purchase an item at its regular, non-discounted price and find it necessary to return it due to a valid reason such as misprinting, damage, or a manufacturing error, we will process a refund in accordance with our standard refund procedures as outlined in this policy.
  • Sale Items: Sale items, on the other hand, are products that have been discounted or marked down from their regular price for promotional or clearance purposes. We regret to inform you that sale items are not eligible for refunds. This policy is in place to provide our customers with the benefit of discounted prices while maintaining the viability of our sales and promotions.

Please take this policy into consideration when purchasing sale items, and ensure that the product meets your expectations before completing your order, as we cannot accommodate refunds for such items.

For regular-priced items, our standard return and refund procedures apply as described in the policy. If you believe you have received a regular-priced item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please refer to the respective sections of this policy for instructions on how to proceed with a return or refund request.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
